What are the bags made from?
Each Martini Made bag is crafted from 100% recycled cotton t-shirt yarn. This eco-friendly material is sourced from offcuts of t-shirt fabrics, making our bags both sustainable and stylish.

What if my bag is faulty?

I take pride in the quality of my handmade bags, but if you encounter any issues, please email me at hello@martinimade.co.nz or dm me on Instagram and I'd be happy to sort it out for you.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Refunds aren’t available, but I’m happy (though a little sad) to offer you a store credit or exchange, depending on stock availability at the time. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please email hello@martinimade.co.nz to arrange your exchange.

How should I care for my Martini Made bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent and lay flat to dry. It can be gently hand washed in cold water if a deeper clean is required. Avoid soaking the bag in water or using harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I would love to help create your dream bag. However, please note that due to the upcycled and recycled nature of the materials I use, color options are limited. While I may not always have specific shades available, I will do my best to work with you to find something beautiful and unique. Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the possibilities! How much is shipping?

Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $6, free shipping over $200.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I can usually get your bag to you within 2 working days, however please allow up to 5 business days in case of any courier delays.
